Major pain. Help!

Okay. So I’m almost 37 weeks. I’ve lost a huge piece of my plug a few days ago that has blood in it. I have had MAJOR pelvic pain. I mean to the point to where Im on my hands and knees crawling in my house to get from place to place. My mom had to push me in a wheelchair in the mall🥴 this isn’t your normal crotch lightening/ache. It started out only when I would get up and walk and was fine if I was sitting down. But starting this evening I’ve been sitting/laying down and drinking lots of water and literally my whole crotch hurts. Like I’ve considered a heating pad or trying to ice it lol I can’t sit still because of the pain. When I went to the Dr this past Monday I was 1cm dilated and my cervix was thick but he said I was soft. I’ve not had consistent contractions so what is this pain in my crotch!!! I just know it’s not your average pain being this close to the end. I can’t take it anymore I’m hurting so bad. Also I need to add that I’m having a csection at 39 weeks because of my past preeclampsia and medical reasons so he doesn’t want me to really labor hard. But I’m in so much pain I’d rather just do it vaginally 😩😩
