Leg cramps

Does anyone else get leg cramps at night? I'm going to start doing more stretching/yoga and walking more, but are there any other suggestions to help with this?

YESSSSSSSS this is BEYOND painful..... i am on my feet alot and do alot of walking about. Carrying a 4 year old alot aswell. AND when working twice a week i eat at least 3 bananas per shift. None of these things make a difference. Apart from that they dont cramp as much as they did with my son. Need to follow this myself for tips. The cramps would leave u in tears.

Yes, you need potassium so eat bananas!

Yes! And stay hydrated. Coconut water has potassium too.
