Miscarriage or Not?

Please help..
This is my first pregnancy and it's already 6 weeks and 4 days. I experienced severe cramps

,lot of blood clots and 1 day bleeding. I was thinking if it is a sign of miscarriage or implantation bleeding. I also vomited before this lumps came out.
P.s IF YOUR SENSITIVE,PLEASE RESPECT,I ONLY NEED ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST pregnancy. tnx in advance😘

Oh no hun, it does appear to be a miscarriage but definitely see a doctor to confirm. 
Your symptoms are similar to mine when I miscarried 😔

If you had a positive pregnancy test prior than yes, miscarriage.. If not pregnant than no

This is lining, it's normal with a period but in pregnancy isn't usually a good sign.

Anytime you’re passing clots while pregnant, please go to your DR or ER! 
Implantation bleeding is rare & doesn’t cause clots to pass 😞

I’m so sorry but that looks like a miscarriage. I had one in May at 9 weeks (missed miscarriage), and the clots were similar at the beginning.
Please go to the ER if you start bleeding too much or if the pain gets to be too much.

Im sorry to say but mine look exactly like this at 5w4d. Had brown spotting a week before. I had bad cramping as well. I do upt test after this come out and it come out negative. So devastating. :(
