Possible allergy in 6 week old?

My baby is almost 6 weeks old exclusively breastfed. I will be calling her ped again, but wanted to get other mamas thoughts.

Her poops started out normal and seedy. They then changed to be a bit mucusy. She did have a stuffy nose so it could be drainage.

It then changed to having some green diapers. Dr said still could be normal but 5o keep an eye on it.

Today there were some specks of blood. not alot by any means, but some that I noticed.

She has either a Rash or baby acne on her face and neck. No where else on her body.

She's generally happy. Sometimes gassy but not too the point she's inconsolable.

Does this sound like a possible allergy? Maybe to dairy?
