What to expect when first pregnant

I am wondering what am I supposed to expect? I just found out I was pregnant yesterday. The hospital did a pee test on me and came out positive.

Everyone's body varies so much it's really hard to say! With mine, I had a lot of nausea and food aversions but nothing ever came up. I have a lot of hip problems and definite lightheadedness in the second trimester. Expect a lot of rest because you'll be tired the first trimester. Some show early, but I had nothing but bloat until about 16 weeks when I finally got my real baby bump! The visits for me are always simple. Just blood pressure check and urine sample then the doctor will listen to the baby's heart and you're good to go! Hope you have an easy pregnancy and congratulations!!
