Hashimotos flare up?

Hi! I’ve been dealing recently with swelling in my fingers. It’s only one hand at a time and one finger at a time. I’ve also been dealing with muscle pain too. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but I’m just curious if anyone else has had this problem? I’m thinking it could maybe be related to hashimotos but I’m unsure. I’m stressing out because I’ve never had this weird swelling in my fingers before and it’s giving me anxiety wondering what it is. I’ve had the muscle aches before in times of stress they just seem to last longer the past week and a half and the random finger swelling is new. I’m also starting to feel a little fatigued. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem, if so what has helped with the swelling?
