15 weeks pregnant constant pain?

This is my first pregnancy, just wondering if it’s normal at 15 weeks to have for the most part constant aching and subtle cramping? sometimes a sharp pain or 2.. it’s not very painful just uncomfortable and getting harder to get comfortable in bed.
