Hello everyone! Sorry for double post I just really want answers. I found out I was pregnant last Monday at my doctors office. The next day I had an ultrasound for unrelated reasons and they found my uterine lining was only 4mm and there was a solid mass on my left ovary (the ovary I ovulated from). Based on my suspected ovulation day I would have been 3 weeks 6 days at the time of that ultrasound. They didn’t find any evidence of pregnancy at that time which I don’t think is unusual because of how early I was. I’m wondering how I could possibly be pregnant with only a 4mm endometrium? Is it possible the cyst is secreting hcg and i’m not actually pregnant? I’m 5 weeks today and my pregnancy tests are getting darker. My doctor is worried it may be ectopic just because of my thin lining and so has me getting my HCG drawn. So far it’s rising appropriately. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding so far. Does this sound like an ectopic to you guys? Or what do you guys think of this? Is it possible to have a healthy pregnancy with only 4mm endometrium?
