When do flutters change to kicks?

I’m a FTM 19w along and have been feeling flutters for about two now. It’s slowed down significantly, but I’m noticing some more concentrated pressures in my lower belly a few times a day. Could these be kicks? Just unsure about when things start to change for babe.
