I'm so confused 🤔

Found out last Thursday I was pregnant. HCG 16.9. throughout the weekend my tests line would get lighter and then darker. Never got a positive digital. Monday I went to have my HCG drawn again and they had dropped to 9. RE said I should already be bleeding and if not to expect it in a few days. Here I sit on Saturday, almost a week since my levels have dropped and I have absolutely no sign of bleeding. None. I also have no signs of pregnancy either though. Has anyone else had this happen? How long did it take for you to bleed? All my other chemical pregnancies/miscarriage I started bleeding before my levels reached zero, basically as soon as they dropped I bled. How long do I wait for bleeding to start?
