i’m worried i’m having a miscarriage (view discretion)

so i don’t have regular periods anyways, i have a bleeding disorder that makes my periods irregular, and one app that i have says im 14 days late while the other days im not supposed to start for another 6 days. i thought i started my period yesterday and put a tampon in but whenever i took it out later it was still pretty dry. i’ve been checking regularly today and have had a bit of cramping but not super heavy bleeding. i got a sharp cramp on my left side and noticed i needed to change my products, and when i went to change them there was this clot on my panty liner. i’ve never had a clot like this before and the texture wasn’t bloody it was kind of thick feeling. i got a cotton swab because i didn’t want to get blood on my fingers and was moving it to check it out (we have a big history of cancers in my family and with my bleeding disorder i have to check everything) and i don’t know if it’s just me but i feel like i see a face here and one reason i’m so worried is because my husband and i have been ttc for months now. i might be overreacting and my eyes are playing jokes but i need opinions please.
