Contractions

Anyone else have contractions and tracking them? I’m using an app and it’s told me to prepare for the hospital but I have no other real signs of labor. I did have just a tiny brown discharge this morning but otherwise just lots of pressure very low in my pelvis. I’m not sure if it’s Braxton hicks or the real deal so I’ve not called my hospital yet. This is my first so I’m not sure if it’s time, any tips?

Update: some of the contractions have been accompanied by hot flashes, not sure if that pertains or not 🤷🏻‍♀️
