Anger in 13 month old

Hi Mommies,

Today my 13 month old showed her anger side. I am still surprised by her behavior.

She put my charging end in her mouth. I took it away. She asked for it and i said no. She found her nail trimmer box next to her, picked it and threw it out of anger. I tried to take her to timeout, but she cried and my mom picked her up. Said she dont know anything and i shouldn’t try timeouts.

I am clueless and worried about her behavior. Did u face anything similar and what did u do to help her.

Note: the charger wasnt connected, it was not dangerous. But i dint want her to continue to avoid accidents.
