Crazy bestfriend

Okay so my best friend has a guy that sends her money here and there not much maybe 20 dollars... at one time he gave her his debit card number to order food.. well she had told him she got rid of his info... apparently he had told her he would send her 200 for Christmas. . And today he said he couldn't. . Well now she is planing on using his debit card to just order stuff with out his knowledge. . I my self think it's very wrong .. and don't even know how she could do that to someone .. I don't know who the guy is or I would message him and let him know to change his stuff
