UTI or what?

Does everyone feel like they have a UTI all the time ? But DR says there’s no infection 😩

This happened to me last week! I’m 10w4d now. I had cramps, pain with urination, felt like I couldn’t empty my bladder. Was 100% sure it was a UTI, but had two urine tests done and nothing! My doctor says my uterus is just pressing on the bladder and it’ll get better in a few weeks when the uterus moves up & out of the pelvis.
