D&C for Miscarriage

So, I was pregnant for 6 weeks 4 days. The baby passed naturally but my hcg level was going down to 245 then went up to 7000 in a week. So they did a d&c. After that I was completely fine, recovering and I got a call from my doctors saying they didn’t find any fetal tissue. So they said I might have an ectopic pregnancy too. So of course I flipped out, scared as hell. Because an ectopic can kill you. Especially if it’s after 6 weeks. So I went to the hospital because of my anxiety going up. They said everything was fine. No baby in the tubes or anything. My hcg level dropped below 5 for blood and urine. Had a sonogram done too and pelvic exam. It’s been a week now. Went to the doctors for more blood work to check my hcg level again. I get the results tomorrow. Me and my boyfriend was getting down with the deed. No ski ball, or anything going in me, because they said nothing can be in there for 2 weeks. So we had oral sex. But then after I started spotting again, and had slight pain in my stomach nothing to serious. So I’m kinda freaking out now. I’m not trying to go to the hospital, and owe another 700$. I already owe 1700$ and I don’t even have the money for that. I haven’t spotted for 5 days, and all of sudden it happened after we did the deed.
