Implantation bleeding

So my husband and I have two children already and we aren’t using protection right now. We are doing the pull out method which I know you can still get pregnant from. Yesterday when I got home from work I went to the bathroom and sorry TMI when I wiped there was a tiny about of blood and then it went away nothing… I’m supposed to start my period soon and I thought this was my period but it ended up being nothing still this morning… do you think it’s implantation bleeding?
