Crackers or saltines, water, ginger ale, sprite, peppermint tea. If u find nothing is working, then talk to ur doctor about an anti-nausea medication.

I had terrible morning sickness with my 1st. Lost 20lbs in the 1st trimester. Only things that sorta helped were saltines, apple slices and wearing sea bands. Sea bands were a life saver. I also was prescribed anti-nausea meds for the bad days.

I got this ginger tea from pink stork on Amazon. That helped. Also bananas and melons are good to eat to help with it. And bananas will help when/if you start to get pregnancy leg cramps.
