Weird bump 31 weeks

I noticed this red bump on outer part of my vagina lip about a week ago but thought maybe it’s from shaving. Noticed it again today but should have brought it up Friday at my appointment. It’s not itchy kind of just a bump. I’ve gotten checked for stds multiple times since being with my husband at my yearly visits or if i had concerns about something and the usual at the beginning of pregnancy. Anyone else experience anything like this? We haven’t had sex in over a month so I know it’s not irritation from rubbing my hair or anything i mean Idk….. i give myself anxiety. I messaged my ob tonight about getting a appointment to come in and get it checked out just to ease my mind.
