How can I track my ovulation week?

Hello :) this past year I have been learning a lot about sex because I lost my virginity with my current boyfriend starting the year. I’ve been taking combination pills perfectly (11pm) for over three months now and started taking them (not so perfectly) since 2019.

Just ‘til now, that I forced myself into the habit of taking them every day at the same time, I’m letting my boyfriend cum inside me. So far no surprises! But I was wondering, how can I keep track of my ovulation? So that I can avoid that and do pull-out or use a condom right through that week.

I can’t really buy a lot of products because I have strict parents and they can’t know about this. Anyone has any ideas? 😅

P.D: I know I am not supposed to ovulate at all, but isn’t there a way where I can notice if I actually did? Or maybe know when I usually WOULD ovulate if the pills failed?
