Don’t enjoy Breasts play after giving birth

Women,

My wife gave birth to our son 8 years ago and since then she can’t stand for me to touch or play or really even look at her breast. Tends to keep Her top on during sex. She will let me lift her shirt and or bra during but I don’t do much since I know she doesn’t like it. She has said breast feeding our son ruined it for her. She says it doesn’t hurt so pain is not the issue. Not is over sensitivity or lack of sensitivity. It’s just a mental thing and I can’t figure it out or how to fix it. I enjoy breasts and miss touching and seeing them.

Any thoughts on all this are appreciated.
