Potty training a dribbler

Has anyone successfully potty trained a dribbler? I swear this boy constantly has a drop falling off his penis or the shortest stream then no more for a few minutes. We’ve caught pee in his potty before but soon as he’s in the other room again there’s leaks. I’ve had him stay on the potty longer but still there is nonstop dripping. He doesn’t seem to fully empty, or I guess in diaper he just goes constantly whenever he’s got the smallest bit of pee. My other kids had more full consolidated pees by this age. We just started yesterday. Any suggestions?
