First time vaginal orgasm

I’ve never had an orgasm and am currently pregnant and 30. Not gonna lie, but having seen that some people orgasm for the first time during pregnancy and i haven’t been able to be seriously makes me wonder if I will ever be able to achieve vaginal orgasm (religious reasons prevent masturbation so cannot experiment much outside of penetration). Curious to see how many people achieved their first orgasm in their 30s and/or after having had a baby!
