TTC after 2nd Miscarriage

So we had our 2nd miscarriage 2 weeks ago and met with our OB yesterday to discuss trying one more time (we are in our mid 40s). She did some blood work to check some things out and told me to start taking baby aspirin and my prenatal while we are trying to conceive. Does anyone else have any experience with this and have good results to share?
