Sex drive?

I have a 10 month old. I am on birth control (pill) ive been on it for 9 months and lately i have ZERO sex drive... Its taking a toll on my marriage... Any tips or advice? (Besides coming off of birth control. Because im using it to actually prevent pregnancy)

Maybe you need to find a different form of birth control, one that doesn’t affect your ability to have moisture down there or your sex drive, unfortunately a lot of birth controls have that side effect, perhaps the coil, or IUD as they call it, and injection, you need to find out what dosage works best for you maybe you need to reduce the dosage, or find an alternative that doesn’t affect your sex drive. Unfortunately it seems to be a side effect of a lot of birth controls, maybe switch to condoms for now, or I don’t even know if they still make them the sponge or the diaphragm, from the 80s I know they were popular then, but it’s clearly affecting you. Or possibly you also have to remember that sex is psychological as well, if you’re exhausted, which is understandable with a new baby, if you have so much on your mind that you’re thinking about all the things you didn’t have time to do, how long earth can you enjoy sex, and you also have to realize that part of the psychological process is engaging in it, masturbation, talking dirty with your partner, you have to wake up things down there. Telling each other all the things you can’t wait to do the other so that when you walk through the door, it’s on. You got to be in the mindset otherwise it’s kind of understandable. If it’s not psychological, then it’s physical and you need to figure it out with your doctor what works best for you. Maybe incorporating some sex toys, clitoral vibrator, something￼￼
