Gifts for 5yr old girl ?

Hope this is an okay group to ask in! My husband has a five year old daughter from his last marriage. She lives with her mom full time, we used to have her for weekends but we had to move out of state for work this year, so we’ve been limited to holidays for the time being. She is THE girliest girly girl, loves everything dolls all the time always. But her mom specifically requested that we not buy her any dolls for christmas this year, and she has more clothes than they know what to do with lol.

Does anybody have any other ideas for her ? Her mom’s big gifts for her are a dollhouse and tickets to the aquarium. Right now, we have a mini backpack with fairy wings that i’ve rhinestoned with her initial, which we’re putting a notebook, markers, etc in since she’s learning to write; the Aristocats book; a unicorn blanket; and i’m working on a duffle bag with some LOL Doll fabric for her overnights with her grandparents. We just want to go pretty big for her this year since it’s been so hard being away, and we werent able to give her anything for her birthday (her mom decided without telling us that she was getting a beach trip as one big gift instead of small gifts. The fairy bag and blanket were birthday things we’d already gotten.) Obviously gifts dont make up for time away, but we want it to be special for her. I’d like to find something somewhat educational, or maybe an activity/craft she can do with her mom. I thought about some kind of growing kit (flowers, chia seeds, mushrooms, etc), but wasnt sure if that’d be strange for December. There’s also a big playdoh food set (she loooves her toy kitchen) but we didnt want to gift her mom a giant mess for christmas 😂
