Braxton hicks every 3 minutes ??

I'm 31w and for the past couple hours I was getting braxton hicks every hour and then noticed they were becoming more frequent so I started to time them. They're not painful, just tight. Is this normal??

My OB said that if you have more than 4 in an hour then give them a call.
