VBAC, 2 years after C section. What was your experience

Would love to hear your experience with VBAC. My first delivery was a C section , which was 2 years ago. Currently I'm 8 months. I was gonna do an elective C section this time, but considering VBAC as well. Could you please share similar experiences? Thanks
