What could this be?

My daughter started getting these bumps on her on her legs first and I thought it was carpet burn cause she’s a fast crawler .. but now theyre on her cheek.. 
but it’s only these 2 spots 
She’s acting completely normal too and shows no signs of being sick or that it’s discomforting her. And has no fever 
Any ideas?

Looks like eczema my son has it and gets random flareups could be from food clothing items anything in the house that causes a flareup usually the pediatrician can prescribe a low-dose hydrocortisone cream to get rid of a flareup and then I usually use a very simple clean baby lotion daily! 
Stay away from Aveeno dove any of those type of eczema products they’re actually terrible for your baby skin is super affordable baby product is the pipette brand! In the Hydro Cortizone that the pediatrician has is usually free or super cheap￼￼

Eczema or heat rash from being a little toasty. Hopefully it will pass, these things come and go all the time but if it starts bothering the little dear then probably get it looked at by a health professional.
