Hi ladies! I'm 11w2d with my first baby so this whole pregnancy thing is new to me. I have no idea what to expect and what is considered "normal" or not. My biggest concern is misscarrying, which I know may sound stupid and possibly insensitive but I honestly can't stop worrying about it. My next ultrasound is nearly 9 weeks away and I'm terrified of what could happen between now and then. Will I know if I'm misscarrying? Do you always bleed ? or can you misscarry without bleeding? I've had no symptoms of pregnancy eg nausea or cramping so it's not like I'd notice if those things went away... I'd love some advice/information if anyone has the time. Xx
