How did you know you were in labor?

I’m having contractions but I think they are Braxton Hicks since they aren’t painful. Did you know when they were real?

I was shaking in pain telling my husband I was done and I wanted him out. Definitely knew I was in labor. I was having contractions earlier in the day with no pain within an hour that all changed and I was ready for him to get out.
