Is this a miscarriage?

Hi everyone, I’m just wondering if anyone has ever had a miscarriage and it looked like this? I didn’t know I was pregnant if this is this case… will post photo in the comments

Although every woman is different,  going through a miscarriage can go hand in hand with the same pain as giving birth, in my experience the pain was excruciating. I think this is more of a clot/cyst but I'm no doc.

I would say it sounds like it might just be your uterine lining, a uterine decidual cast. If you were having a miscarriage you would have gotten a positive test or still be getting a faint line as it takes time for hcg to go down

If I were you I'd put a TMI warning in your posts. But I wouldn't say that's a miscarriage.
