My younger brother thinks eating alot of sugar causes hear colds and allergies. Is he right? I stay sick alot but not every week, although I do have two small dogs and have a son who goes to daycare. My son may be bringing home a germ and giving it to me. Right now his allergies are messed up,but here in Mississippi it's in the 50s. Going to be in the 60s next week with rain showers this coming weekend.

I went to the doctor. They did Covid,flu,and strep test. All came back negative! Doctor prescribe me Sudafed 12 hours. She never did come back to tell me what I had.
