Photographer issue
Wondering if anyone else would be frustrated with this situation… I booked with a photographer back in July for Christmas mini session on 12/5… my son unfortunately got sick on Friday the 3rd and we had to cancel with the assumption we could reschedule, now we’re not able to reschedule and we won’t be getting a refund. I asked if we could use it for another session next year and no response…
