12 weeks headache

I’m exactly 12 weeks just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have a dull ache at the left side on the neck of my head sort of where the head meets the neck and a little bit up. I also had pain in my neck and shoulders which has since subsided. I’m thinking this could be a tension headache. Has any one got any advice or experience of this? Just to relax my mind. I’ve been Googling and so far apparently I have a blood clot or a brain tumours. I’m getting myself so anxious and worked up. Anyone? I suffer with bad health anxiety so this has sent me in to full meltdown. I’ve had this headache since the middle of yesterday.
