Is it the friend's secret, or is it something you're SO and friend did together that the friend asked him not to tell? If it's someone else's secret, then I wouldn't be mad. If it's something my husband was involved in, then it would be an issue

If it was the friends secret, no. 
If it was a secret that could damage our relationship, yes. 
My fiancé's friends lives don't affect mine, so their secrets don't need to be known by me. If they feel they need to offload and sharing their secret with my SO helped them, great. But it doesn't need to go any further.

There are no secrets in my marriage, and that includes any of my friends or his friends. Don’t tell a married person your secret and put them in this position to keep things from their spouse. If I tell my friend something and tell her to not tell, I assume she’ll tell her fiancé. I wouldn’t say anything to my friend that I couldn’t say to her fiance.
