What’s going on??
Can someone possibly help me
So they last 2 weeks I’ve been tossing an turning when it comes to going to bed, I’m exhausted but when iy comes time to actually go to bed I can’t seem to sleep..
And when I do sleep I constantly have nightmares and or stay in such a light sleep I’m basically not asleep.
I wake up soo untested and tired from this..
Im always very busy during the day and workout everyday for a hr or more so I know it’s not built up energy I didn’t release.
But any idea?
