I live in a 2 bedroom townhome. I accidentally left the gas oven on, and it was cracked open. It was on for around 3 hours until I noticed the house was really hot, and then I realized. Our carbon monoxide detector downstairs doesn’t work, but the one upstairs does and it didn’t go off. I cracked some windows open, and left for the night. Ive been gone for around 7 hours at this point. Is it okay for me and my family to go back? I know how gas STOVES are with leaving them on, but I have no idea about the OVEN.
