Hey girls I know this is a long shot 🤞but I’m 4-5 weeks pregnant and I’m in so much pain at the top of my belly and constantly sick it comes and goes the pain but I have not had no bleeding been hospital and they said servic is still shut so that’s go but what can I eat at night to help all this I’m so hungry
