Sudden schedule change

My MIL takes my 2yr-old twice a week and my aunt once a week for about 3 hours. This was arranged over a year ago, before I went back to work and while I returned working. Since last week I’m now a SAHM because I’m not allowed to work anymore since I’m pregnant again.

3 days go by and my MIL proposed to take LO another day of the week because she wants to go to the gym again and she only can take LO once a week now because she’s working longer hours. And just yesterday my aunt says she can’t take LO anymore because she’s working longer hours. I’m fine with it but seems odd that suddenly both switch on us at the same time.

My husband said, maybe they don’t want to anymore and using it as an excuse, so he’s over it and doesn’t want to take LO over there any longer. Maybe it’s all a coincidence but I don’t want to be a bother to them so I don’t think I’ll be asking them to watch my LO anymore unless it’s a real emergency not even that one day my MIL is available. What Do you think?

In case anyone misreads this. I am pointing out that this arrangement was when I was a SAHM before and continued while I went back to work. I never have asked them, they have offered to have the arrangements. But I would much more appreciate their honesty incase this is their excuse to back out from.
