My baby has terrible baby acne! It seems like it keeps getting worse! I tried putting breast milk on it and cleaning his face twice a day. Today I tried cleaning his face and putting breast milk on it and then doing aquaphor.

At first it seemed like his face was less red, but his whole face is covered in Bumps still!!

I’m calling my pediatrician tomorrow morning to ask about the hydrocortisone cream! My first baby didn’t have as bad of acne.

Any other suggestions?

How long does it take the acne to start getting better? I don’t remember it being but a week or two with my first.
