Shipping issue?! 😫

Can someone tell me whose responsibility it is to refund or replace a package that was “delivered” but wasn’t.

I was home at time of “said delivery” and I contacted the Etsy shop and fedex. Since it was marked delivered they’re both acting like there’s nothing they can do. It was an almost $90 Christmas gift for my dad.

I have so much grace with this stuff because I know it’s the holiday season and mistakes happen but what the heck do I do? I checked with neighbors and posted in our neighborhood fb group (I live in a small rural town where everyone knows everybody so I don’t think anyone is keeping the gift) plus it was super personalized so there would be no point of that.

And again I was home when it said it was delivered so I know it didn’t get stolen.

What the heck do I do?!
