Moisturize and cleaning face cream?

My younger sister asked for makeup for Christmas this year, this is going to be the first time she's ever worn makeup. My mom plans on getting her a bunch of different makeup to use but I want to get her stuff to make sure she keeps her face healthy, that way they kind of go together. So I already bought her some clay face masks but what else should I get her? Are there any good face moisturizing creams? Or creams to keep your face healthy and free of oils and pimples? Any recommendations or ideas would be appreciated!
