PearlWax

Has anyone ordered from PearlWax before? I saw adds for it everywhere and it seemed legit but my package arrived beyond damaged in August. I sent an email promptly, with photos, only to receive no response. I forwarded that email in October, and was only supplied with a link to track my package. I know where tf my package is. It’s in the garbage since it was broken. I’m beyond irritated and wondering if anyone has advice or a similar experience with them that was resolved? Thanks
