What kind of stuff do I need to help remove blackheads/whiteheads altogether?

I have bought an mio pore vacuum from Walmart,but it doesn't do much good. I also did the black peel off mask,but it didn't work.

Is there anything you can recommend me to try that helped get rid of your blackheads/whiteheads?

I also been looking on Amazon,but there too many blackhead removal to choose from to know which works best.

I just know my blackheads shows after I apply foundation,and which my face is always dry after applying foundation anyway. I wash my face every day with dove soap for sensitive skin.

Anything recommendations on an remedy for dry skin before applying foundation to your face?
