Hey girls, so I made the mistake I f not waiting the six weeks to have sex after I gave birth. I had a stage 1 tear and if the bleeding would’ve stopped on it’s own after a couple of minutes then I wouldn’t have needed stitches. I was close to 4 weeks postpartum and I had stopped bleeding and the burning sensation during urinating was also gone so I thought I was ready but when we started I felt something tear. I know this has had to happen to some of you or at least someone out there. I just wanna know if the bleeding stops on it’s own and how long it takes. I am calling my dr tomorrow but if the wound can heal itself I would like to avoid going in for stitches
