What is this on my 4 m old face???

He drools a lot and spits up a lot since I’m breastfeeding it’s hard to know if he’s getting too much but anyways this popped up out of nowhere tonight. He alrwsdy has his 4 m appt tomorrow so I will ask them but I’m wondering if this has happened to your babies

May be hands foot and mouth? It’s uncommon for them to catch it unless usually they’re in a childcare placement for example. Definitely ask your doctor but it looks okay!

Looks like a little bit of newborn acne. It can come and go as your hormones fluctuate if he is EBF. Don’t put any creams on it. Just a little bit of breastmilk and it will go in a day or two

My baby had a rash like this and I was told it my hormones in the breastmilk. He got over it after a few weeks.
