Morning Sickness is Better but Dizziness is Worse

I’ve posted a ton on here about being super faint and lightheaded at 7 weeks pregnant. I had awful morning sickness around 5 1/2 weeks and it’s gotten much better. But now the dizziness is worse. I also just feel so off. Has anyone else experienced it? Everything is so new to me and it’s so hard to know what feelings are normal and what feelings aren’t. Any help and advice would be appreciated ❤️ Also here’s my first ultrasound photo !
