Pregnancy headaches
Hey! I’m about 12 weeks pregnant and i just started getting these minor headaches out of nowhere. They usually aren’t that bad compared to if i were to get a headache before i was pregnant but they come so often and are very annoying! They are off and on but been coming everyday for the past few days. I drink water all of the time, i get plenty of rest but i don’t take any pain meds for them. Any natural remedies?
