No judgement just advice

My 3 year old was gifted his very own Nintendo switch for his birthday a few weeks ago. Lately I have noticed a very significant change in his behavior, and I'm having a really hard time deciding if I should let him continue to play the Nintendo switch. When he can't play it as soon as he wakes up, or if it's charging meaning he has to wait a bit to play it, he has a complete breakdown. Screaming, crying, tantrums, all that until he can play it. I don’t know about you mamas, but I personally don’t feel like dealing with a toddler screaming in my face at 7am over a video game. Do you think it would be best if I take it away until he can get his behavior under control, or would that make it worse? Thanks in advance!
